Prints & Photo Products: Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after your final image selections are approved.
Custom Albums or Specialty Products: May take 10–15 business days for processing.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Flat rate of $7.95
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $15.95
Local Pickup (Free): Available at our studio location by appointment
Shipping times do not include processing time.
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Clients in the Selmer area are welcome to schedule a free local pickup at our studio. We’ll notify you when your order is ready, and you can book a time that works for you.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [support@huffoto.com] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Huffoto is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a quality issue or your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement.
