This hands-on workshop is designed for beginners to intermediate photographers who want to understand their camera settings, master composition, and learn how to use their environment creatively to capture great shots — no matter where they are.
By the end of the day, participants will feel confident shooting in manual or semi-manual modes and will have a collection of well-composed images to take home.

9:30 – 10:45 AM — Mastering Camera Settings (Hands-On)
Exposure Triangle: Aperture, Shutter Speed, ISO
How these settings affect light, motion, and depth of field
White balance & focusing modes
Practice exercise: Each participant sets their camera for different scenarios
10:45 – 11:00 AM — Break (Coffee/Water provided)
11:00 – 12:15 PM — Composition & Framing
Rule of thirds, leading lines, symmetry, framing
Foreground & background usage
Negative space for dramatic effect
Exercise: Take 5 different compositions of the same subject
12:15 – 1:00 PM — Lunch Break (On-site or nearby café)
1:00 – 2:15 PM — Using Your Environment for Impact
Finding great light (natural & artificial)
Working with textures, reflections, and patterns
Changing perspective (high, low, side angles)
Exercise: Shoot in different lighting conditions
2:15 – 2:30 PM — Break
2:30 – 3:30 PM — Photo Walk Challenge (Outdoor Session)
Participants roam a set area to find unique shots
